
Beginning Weaving on a Rigid Heddle Loom

This class is two sessions of 5 hours each. The first session will cover the basic terminology and explanations regarding weaving, as well as warping the loom for a simple evenweave scarf. The second session covers finishing and removing the scarf from the loom, as well as twisting fringe and wet-blocking.

| Materials Included: | A basic weaving kit with tools is included by the teacher. |
| Requirements: | Must have a Rigid Heddle Loom (one is available for rental through The New Knittery). Yarns required are: 1 ball of Schoppel's Zauberball Cotton and 2 skeins of Lang's Crealino. |
