Beginning Knitting Basics

Spread over two months, this series of four classes will teach you the basics of Knitting, both flat and in the round.  The student progresses at their own pace, and the materials covered are as much or as little as the student can cover, including casting on, knits, purls, increases, decreases, and binding off.  Swatching and pattern use will also be covered.

Discussion of tools and materials is covered, and the student can leave class with the confidence to continue working alone or in more advanced classes.  Students are encouraged to join one of our paid workshops and also our free Fiber Friends Meetups.
