Classes vs. Workshops...
At The New Knittery, we offer both Classes and Workshops. What we call classes are specific to a project or a technique. They are typically only one to four sessions, and only one thing is being covered (i.e., Fixing Mistakes, Tunisian Crochet, Beginning Weaving on a Rigid Heddle Loom, etc.)
Workshops are a series of classes over three months (usually 13 weeks) long. These are two hours each week, and you are able to work on whatever project or technique you want to with the help of the teacher. Workshops are offered throughout the week, so that everyone has a chance to find a time that works for them.
