Class: Beginning Double Knit Class Saturdays 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm

Dates: Saturday, March 18th and Saturday, April 8th.
Class Cost: $60 (supplies not included)
Required Skills:
- Knit stitch
- Purl stitch
- Long tail cast on
- I-cord preferred, but not required
You do not have to know how to knit from a chart. This is a beginner class and perfect time to learn how to read and knit from a chart.
Pattern: Pattern will be provided at 1st class for free.
Materials Needed (Receive a 10% discount if purchased at The New Knittery)
Yarn: 2 skeins of Cascade Ultra Pima (1 of each color for contrast)
Needles: (choose one set, if you are tight knitter choose the larger needle set)
- US size 6 circular or straight needles and size 4 DPNS
- US size 7 circular or straight needles and size 5 DNS
Notions: Scissors, tapestry needle.
Consider bringing a pen, pencil or highlighter tape to keep track of where you are at on the chart you will be learning to knit from.
